- Ota lantion levyinen haara-asento ja pidä tanko niskassa (yläselän lihasten päällä), polvet hieman koukussa
- Laskeudu hallitusti niin alas, että selkäsi on lattian suuntainen ja ojentaudu ylös
- Pidä selkä suorassa koko liikkeen ajan ja katse suunnattuna eteenpäin
- Liike tapahtuu vain lonkkanivelessä
