- Pidä ristiselkä ja pakarat tukevasti kiinni penkissä koko suorituksen ajan
- Ojenna polvet hallitusti suoraksi ja palauta painot liikettä jarruttaen alas
- Pidä nilkat liikkeen aikana koukussa ja tee liikettä rauhallisessa suoritusrytmissä
